Hello all, I am a 27 year old black male who has looked into mewing, When I was younger I had good forward growth I lost a tooth at the top when I turned 24 and since then my face has gone smaller and I look like a child, I also have an overbite
of course I know I need proffesional help but I looked at mewing and thought I could start doing it until I could afford braces, also want to stop mouth breathing etc
also my face is quite short and quite recessed, would mewing help?
I don’t feel like I look normal & I feel like my face is lacking some forward and downward growth
