When I push up on my palate, it makes me yawn. It's not a big issue, but is there a reason why?

When mewing the hyoid bone is in its highest position, and adversely moves to its lowest position when yawning. So possibly the yawning could be a way for your body to relieve some tension, kinda like stretching a tight muscle after exercising it.
