Tounge thrust caused avelor protrusion
Hey guys, im just asking for advice. At 28 years old I recently figured out that i have been swallowing with tounge thrust , instead of having the tounge tip on my palate i would pivot tounge from my upper incisors. My upper face is great but it looks like the gums protrude at the top as well as the teeth which screws up my profile~genetically should be straight like my family but now my mouth protrudes. What would be the best course of action? Fix swallowing obviously, Try to expand palate and maybe push back on my incisors daily along with strong lip seal? Or braces along with mewing? I am worried they would want to extract teeth. Thanks for any advice
