I hard mewed for about 2 and a half months, and with the pressure generated by the tongue on the side of my teeth, I tilted my molars outwards.
This has caused my molars to "be" shorter, and in turn created a bad bite - now that molars are "shorter" my incisors touch too soon. Meaning I can't bite down 100% properly - just one side or the other.
How can I fix this? What kind of a treatment could I undergo? I know invisalign does not have enough force to move molars and braces possibly as well...
Bless the chat with pics my brother
