Thoughts on chewing two pieces of gum one on each side?

so instead of having to chew for two hours you can chew for 1 hour and work out both sides at the same time? Might be useful for those scared of jaw problems from too much chewing. Thoughts?

I personally think it’s the best, actually I do it that way. I started a couple of days 2hrs of chewing

I’ve actually got before/after pictures from someone who chewed one/two falim on each side for a few months:

mewing and chewing for 1.5 -2 month (mewing almost all time, chewing at least 8 hours a day for that time)

———-

Perhaps chewing in this way more accurately simulates chewing real food? I’ve seen people get great results from chewing just one piece of gum too, but this guy’s results seem to be super fast.

That’s pretty amazing. Not sure if it’s worth the hair-loss though.

The hair loss definitely came at a suspicious timing. I can’t believe that it’s related but who knows. Someone asked him about it actually:

He might have made things worse by lowering calories, it sounds like he was trying to drop bodyfat and stuff like that in addition to the chewing.

I was just kidding.

I noticed in your other post you said he’d be doing it 8 hours a day. Man, that’s crazy

I have significant growth of masseter muscle after falim.

However it is still muscle and is rounded when relaxed and does not look good as if it was legitimate bone.

30 yo, need to expand palate, move maxilla upward and forward, reduce gonial angle.

I think that is bone and not muscle

Brett Maverick said he goes counterclockwise and then clockwise to get even muscle stimulation on both sides. To me this seems more ideal since it causes you to rotate your chewing both ways. It also puts pressure on all of your maxilla rather than your sides only. The incisors And canines get work just like the molars this way.

Ps mods the commenting system here makes it really hard to use proper grammar since it seems words get deleted a ton for some reason

Lol

He buzzed his head. Of course his hairline will seem higher since no hair covers it. The IQ of some people I swear

Ah ok. Sad part is it seems on lookism it wasn’t a joke.

I won’t even click on the link to that thread. It probably had a post explaining the benefits of mewing and the responses were probably a bunch of reasons why putting effort in is just cope.

Yeah, it’s not worth going there. On the off chance that there is a serious post about proper oral form, it gets completely drowned out by resentful losers.

which user is this? This is amazing.  This looks like  actual bone growth. His cheeks mandible and chin looks way more developed. More than just typical masster muscle growth you see from chewwing results. The main diffrence is most people usually chew with one or two  piece and alternate it around the mouth, Its seems that consecutively having gum on both side simultaneously stimulates everything including bone growth. granted  his face angle and lighting  are different  it clear the the face shape is drastically different.

This is the best chewing tranformation I have seen. Besides  a guy named Mr nosey nose on lookism, who might have chewed in a similar method to this guy, im not sure.  but alot  transformations are weird looking  because they are mainly  just muscular hypertrophy of masster muscle making the face look  rounder in some people. this clearly had effect on bone structure.
