Should I get my fixed retainers out or not? (Pic inside)

I have a fixed retainer covering my upper 6 teeth. Originally it was only covering 4 teeth but I went to my old orthodontist because my retainer broke and i wanted to get it fixed. I had braces at age 14  for a few months and have had fixed retainers ever since. They expanded the retainer to cover 6 teeth for free. I didn’t think much about it and just let them do it. Do you think i should get the retainer reduced to 4 teeth again? Or should I get it removed entirely?

I turned 22 last month and have been actively mewing for 4 years now
