MY MEWING PROBLEM
I truly desire to have a correct tongue posture, get hollow cheeks and wider, more aesthetic jawline, but I have an issue with mewing. The problem is I cannot put my whole tongue on the roof of my mouth. I can put only a tip of my tongue on my upper teeth. Please help me guys, because I need these mewing results.
i am not sure. do you have any solutions for healty guy?
Practice suctioning it
It took me a year before I could get the back of my tongue up. This could have likely been accomplished faster though. What is your IMW (this, along with a high-vaulted palate may be a limiting factor)?

Try saying the syllable "ka" and observe the muscle you are using. Say it over and over again if you have to. Then say it really slowly, holding the tongue up before you speak the syllable. Then practice using the same muscle with your mouth closed. Lift it up and down to gain control over it. Then lift it up and hold it and continue to hold it up while gently breathing in and out through your nose.
You can do the same practice saying the syllable "ga" to strengthen the middle part of your tongue.
I did not respond because I felt miserable and unmotivated. I had a visit with dentist and he told me that I need braces. When I asked him about my problem, he suggested me that maybe I cannot mew because of curved teeth... that it is a limiting factor. Does it make sense? I would deeply appreciate your responses
