Muscle utilisation when chewing
I've been practicing open mouth chewing for a week.
I have noticed that muscle utilisation differs depending on my neck/head posture.
When I force to chin tuck and keep my head aligned with my neck with a backward movement, I can feel muscles contracting every mastications BEHIND my neck. I've had bad neck posture for a long time and thus have a very thin, pencil neck. 🌻
I wondered if good posture chewing would help me.
What are your experiences with your neck and mewing/chewing ?
