Since i started mewimg i ve noticed that this area is swollen/more robust, is this due to alveolar protrusion?

How long have you been doing it? Maybe it's your lip muscles having become more developed.

Chin tucks have fixed monkey mouth for me personally. When I maintained forward head posture it just seemed mewing was giving me prognathism

What's the proper head posture? Completely vertical and bringing the head as far back as possible? I assume I have a "natural" forward head posture but I might be very wrong
