Thank you Mike and thank you TGW!

It's good to know I do not need implants, just moving everything up and forward would be awesome if it worked. Also I think I asked something wrong in my question in retrospect - I think they took out teeth behind my canines not my actual canines

Thank you so much for what you do, TGW. Archiving and making connections are no easy tasks. Really appreciate you. 🙂 And thank you, Mike Mew!!!

Thanks TGW for making this and thanks to Dr. Mike Mew for answering our questions.

Going back to the answers Dr. Mew provided to my questions it's clear the hybrid appliance combines two functions (expansion and training) in one appliance whereas the biobloc is specific to one function. I guess that is why there are several stages. Probably the first one is for expansion, the second for training, and so on. With the hybrid appliance however, there is less purpose for the biobloc. And as he said he will be changing their names soon.

The discussion on the ALF vs Damon Braces was interesting. The one thing that caught my attention was Dr. Mew describing the forward expansion possible with the ALF. It seemed from his hand gestures that he was mimicking changes to front teeth angulation. Is that possible with ALF? Is it like teeth tipping forward because they can't move forward anymore?

Dear Dr. Mews,

Many thanks for connecting the dots between my sciatica and my TMD.  Would appreciate any leads on a locating a state-side Prosthodondist well versed in Orthotropics.

I need to have my 30 substandard caps (placed 2 years ago) replaced by well-qualified specialist.
