Mewing Posture Advice
When you swallow does your neck/head move to one side from the force?
I have no idea whether my neck has always been a bit squint, but it's obvious to me when I swallow because my entire neck/head swings left.
When I swallow I feel pressure on the right side of my neck, always the right side, but never the left side. My whole neck/head posture moves pretty far left during each swallow. It's as if the force from my tongue is only hitting my right side, pushing my posture left.
Best idea I've got is that my tongue fits in the right side of my soft palate better than my left and/or I'm just able to feel more force on the right side than my left. Maybe I'm not centrally positioning my tongue on the soft palate? My right side if dominant, so maybe that's partly why
Anyone got ideas on how to balance it so both sides are getting the force and my head stays straight on rather than swinging left?
