Hi everyone,
I’ve spent hundreds of hours in the 20 months since being diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea studying what caused my obstructive sleep apnea, and how to treat it so that I don’t have to sleep with a goddam CPAP machine for the rest of my life. Much of my research has focused on options for maxillary/palatal (and to some degree mandibular) expansion as a potential cure, and I’d like to share my bookmarks with anyone else interested in the topic:
Maxillary Expansion For Obstructive Sleep Apnea Resource Bookmarks
I sincerely hope you all find what you’re looking for.
Cheers,
Graham
