Just a few questions...
I've been mewing for a few months, though I'm not sure how effective it is at the moment. I suspect my maxilla and mandible are too recessed so I'm considering saving up a lot of money for LeFort 1 surgery.
I'm wondering, if my palate is too narrow, would that cause significant relapse? Also, would it be possible to mew for progress after the surgery? I figure more tongue space would help the process.
Also, another question I should know the answer to but can't seem to wrap my head around. Why do I need to widen the intermolar distance to push the maxilla forward? Is that just how naturally a forward maxilla behaves with a widened palate?
