Is there a risk in over-expanding with a temporarily swollen tongue?
I suspect I may have mild acromegaly/pseudoacromegaly and it looks like my tongue is much bigger than it used to be, particularly wider than it used to be, even since I've started mewing successfully about two years ago. Do you think there's a chance that I could over-expand, transversely or sagitally, and have a problem when my tongue returns to its normal size? Would my palate be unsupported? Would I not be able to achieve a proper seal?
