I think I have short face syndrome. I think My maxilla is downswing but my mandible is somehow upwards rotated at leased in relation to my very downswing and recessed maxilla.
Would an Xray be able to determine SFS? I have always felt my face was short, and jutting my bottom jaw out improves my appearance quite a bit.
