i do have TMJ, and it’s getting better as I work to improve my function.
But I do have something I want to work on for the future.
So if good development = all teeth erupt and minimal crowding, this means my mandible is behind even on modern terms because my second molars are partially erupt there. My upper jaw is average, only no wisdoms.
After I fix my TMJ, would it be possible to focus on developing my mandible so that it can create space for my molars? If yes, which methods should I focus on aside from tongue posture, like Chewing?
