Higher = longer midface, more gum exposure, the appearance of smaller teeth, and longer philtrum.
Teeth closer to nose is ideal.

You can correct all of them even if you are older. It just depends on the specifics of your case.

So i saw a thread on the beloved Lookism on this and it said to measure from the top of your front teeth..mine is now around 40mm, which makes more sense.
