Help need your advice opinion. Found a place where they offer a palate expander in my area.

I am 25 and have a vaulted palate with a IMW of 40mm. 2 years Mewing changed soft tissue, but not any hard tissue, so i decided to look for a palate expander and found one. http://praxis-am-riedberg.de/leistungen-kieferorthopaedie-kfo/feste-zahn-spangen/feste-zahnspange-typen/gaumennahterweiterung/

Do you think this will expand my palate and make my cheekbones more visible and overall build my face or just tilt the teeth? Does someone have any experience with this or this kind of expander?
