When I get the posterior 3rd of the tounge up, I feel like I'm also exerting force upwards at the border between soft/hard. I also notice my hard palate is sometimes sore, presumumebly from pressure. Should I avoid this? Also, If I stick the back of my tounge as far back as I can into the soft palate, and then place the tip, there is more pressure in the back, however my lower jaw may be a little more backwards and I'm not sure if this is bad. Would really appreciate some answers!
