I have problems with sleep insomnia and have a difficult time falling asleep. For those who have used a palatal expander, how did your ability to sleep and sleep quality change?
My IMW is currently 3.7 cm.
It cured my snoring.
I do assume I sleep better, more REM sleep, but I haven't taken a sleep test to establish that.
I can't remember where I read it, but Vivos argues that insomnia can be driven by apnea, and the stress you experience from apnea events.
No idea if that's true, or how they established that.
It seems to me that for a good sleep, new bed linen and fragrance oils can help.
