Best methods for bringing cheekbones out (zygos) + longer face

I've seen so many posts on here with conflicting information about mewing and chewing, and i'm just trying to get to the bottom of it. I believe my face structure to be reasonably good for the most part, however my cheekbones are oddly recessed.

I've seen posts about engaging the temporalis instead of the masseters when chewing to bring out the zygos, but how do you even go about this? I'm considering quitting chewing because it just seems to be making my face look round and inflated in the lower region, probably mainly due to my lacking cheekbones to balance it out.

I'm soft mewing currently, as i've also heard about hard mewing at the back providing adverse effects, but even this i feel is having no effect on my cheekbones or maybe even recessing them further.

My goal is to just bring the cheekbones out to match the rest of my face's structure, and ALSO make my face LONGER. I believe over the years clenching and chewing has squished my face down. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
