but if one do it in natural position it doesn’t help ccw rotation of maxilla ( i think it promote cw rotation more downward growth)
assume maxilla can move, so force (clack arrow ) can cw rotate maxilla
but what if clench while jutting jaw
now the scenario is different
the force vector pushes maxilla from the middle help ccw rotation
Your best bet is simply correcting your oral posture with a device, like the Vivos appliance (which repositions your jaw) and then letting time work it out.
With the caveat, that the older you are the slower your gains are. And that past your adolescent years, you’ll never reach your genetic potential.
here, we are all adults passed adolescent years
