I just saw these results from Mike Mew’s Feb 2019 video( https://youtu.be/uwnYPeC7nK4) where he shows(at 12:06) new results of an adult(I assume being treated at his clinic).

Has this case been discussed here before? The results seem very impressive, but I wonder what treatment he went through?

It seems to me the gonial angle decreased a lot, do you see that? Or is it just me?

Lips are apart in the after too from what I see.

i feel you but you can clearly see his gonial angle changed regardless of the beard.
his nose is shorter
his eye, brow areas are more forward
his neck posture seems better
he has an overall more "concise/robust" face
wouldve been crazy without the beard but his jaw angle is much better
You can't see any of that without stabilised profile x-rays
I can see his ears changed shape and he grew an Adams apple.
