Hello,

I am a 14 year old male trying to correct my recessed chin and achieve forward facial growth although I am totally new to this. When I try to mew it doesn’t feel natural and I am east her going to soft or too hard. I am also finding myself swallowing every 5 minutes and sucking up saliva, when I swallow saliva I trying to do the suction hold but I feel a sucking vacuum on my teeth and almost entire lower face around my mouth I don’t know if that is correct. I have read on the forum about face pulling or thumb pulling but I don’t know what to do to achieve the best results. What would be the most efficient way to achieve forward growth for a 14 year old. Pictures are included.

Didn't you mew all your life already? You look relatively well-developed.

Actually I don’t think so. I have a noticeable overbite which is my main problem and I am slightly recessed not that severe however. I just can’t seem to new or learn how to do it correctly.
