lateral pelvic tilt/bad body asymmetry fix???
So i've been mewing for a about a year now but in the fast few months something unsettling started to happen. the right side of my face has always been a lot of recessed than my left recently i found that it's the entire right side of my body that out of balance. I have shorter muscle insertions on my bicep, my ribcage is narrower, and my shoulder feels almost fixed forward even when i stand up straight. i have to almost jerk it back to line up evenly with my left shoulder.
current routine for trying to fix this are lateral hip stretches
asymmetrical face stretches
im also doing shoulder stretches and breathing exercises for my ribcage.
Does anybody know what i can do about this?? Is it too late to fix??
