Correct neck posture
I'm a little confused about chin tucks. I often hear people referring to them as ideal neck posture, and yet in McKenzie's book (where they come from), they're presented as a daily exercise, not a constant posture. The idea being that they help get you used to bringing the head back over the spine. The ideal posture being somewhat less extreme than a full tuck. And having watched Mew's video on chin tucking recently, I see that he also presents it as a daily exercise and not a constant posture. Which I hope is right, because the full tucks ruin the aesthetic of the face!
As you undergo correction in the near future, please consider keeping records for your own sake and for others. Pictures of dental impressions, scans, medical reports reports can be very helpful even with all personally identifying information blocked out.
