what does this mean exactly? haven’t had this happen to me in a few months. My right side of my Face is less developed so I guess it’s the sutures shifting?

It means that you’re going to need to be seen by someone with CBCT scanner..  Also, don’t do Mewing.  Sorry!

Are you doing any gum chewing currently? If so I would stop for a while. Sounds like a jaw joint problem.

If these pops originate from inside the ear, we are talking about eustacian tubes doing their intended job. If the pops occur anywhere in the scalp-area of the skull, chances are it’s your cranial bones shifting by tiny percentages of a millimeter at a time. You may find that elongating your spine (by the hips and the neck both) in certain ways results in series of these shifts. Sometimes you may even get an audible sharp crack by the sides of your skull as you rotate your head into positions in which it has not been in a long time. It does require some physical effort to bend your body into these positions though, as they can be far out of your every-day range of motion.

I do not think most pops and cracks I get are necessarily movement. I suspect a few of the larger and more disconcerting ones are. I do however associate them with movement. Perhaps they are changes in pressure that enable movement. Anyhow I aim to achieve pops and cracks. They are the music that the dance of my tongue and body creates. Focus on these sounds is the means by which I transfer control of movement from the rational to the subconscious.

I also had many cracks in different parts of the skull 3 days ago while meditating, probably around the sutures. Plus you can feel energy lines being activated.

It’s just normal adaptation and I am used to the backbone doing that (neck especially) when meditating.

@Indigenous

Please stop posting in all capitals, it’s overly aggressive

If you want to discuss CBCT you can make a thread for it, don’t post about it in every thread and accuse random people of being shills
