Hi everyone I have a longer face which has given me a weak jaw and weak cheekbones. I was wondering if there is a appliance that would help upswing my maxilla? I already mew but I would like something else to help. Thanks

Yes there is, and it’s called thumb pulling.. i.e using your thumb to pull your maxilla upward… It helped me a lot, I been doing it for a week and it made my cheekbones more prominent and hollow cheeks started to appear and also do chin tuck…
