alright, this seems to be the right forum to ask. What do I need to aesthetic improve my face ?? MSE + FM ?? Rhinoplasty?+ some other things ??

first, some pics of my face and teeth:

>>a before after of me editing only nose and chin:

>>teeth, palate and smile:

>>some of my frontal:

I have a really big nose. Maybe this [Rude Language or Insults are not tolerated] makes my hole face looks smaller and more backwards, i have this impression. I say this due to my nose morph pic, when nose and chin morphed, it seems to me my face gets to look much bigger.
Maybe my face is normal and nose is giga, or face is recesses and nose is giga, i dont know. But nose is giga anyway, you can't say its only face, impossible to be, this [Rude Language or Insults are not tolerated] is giga. Even if I had a ultra boned face I think my nose would stand out.

First, I thought I only needed A rhinoplasty and a chin implant. But now I think it be much more worth it to invest in other things like this MSE + FM + some other procedures Like BSSO after, and even make a bigger ramus possibly.

I have this in mind:

Than I do a BSSO + Rhinoplasty.

I wanted this wide smile that MSE seems to provide. It also seems to really wide the face and improve the breath. FM would make that forward growth.

My questions:

What are your general thoughts on the topic??

This MSE seems to be ultra niche and new thing, do u know any dr who performs this in South America ??

I wonder if i would be running any risks if fixing my teeth with normal braces and making a rhinoplasty BEFORE going to MSE + FM. Cause this thing is kind of expensive, I would probably take a while to be able to afford it, but to afford a rhinoplasty here where I live would be much earlier.  I think the answer is no cause the face mask can straight the nose a bit, is that correct ??  What do you think about that ?
Braces I think it'd be ok cause I dont think braces in an adult for about 1 year can make much about recessing the maxila.

That's it, thank you guys.

Nosejob and chin implant / chin augmentation / chin surgery for starters. You can try fillers for chin.

30 yo, need to expand palate, move maxilla upward and forward, reduce gonial angle.

Id say work on your foward head posture by doing chin tucks. Alot of people like to crank their necks up to accentuate their jaw lines to the dismay of the rest of their face

I'd follow an MSE treatment and see about Rhynoplasty afterwards. From there you can decide if there are other parts that you'd like to change such as your chin. You're not a bad looking guy imo, you shouldn't have any problems with women. Please shave the neckbeard though, it's not doing you any favors & keep the long hair but keep it neat. You should also look into some basic styling, you could pull off a highclass artist look with the right clothes and the long hair. How old are you?

First off do what you can work on in the meantime we all have different face shapes and different haricuts suit them differently. I will say you seem to look best with the haircut in the striped shirt picture. overall not a bad looking dude. honestly just mew and sleep without a pillow and sleep on your side and use your arm as a pillow.

If there is nothing wrong with your bite (you haven't mentioned anything about your teeth, so assume it's fine), and your concerns are purely cosmetic I would just get a nose job and get fillers for chin projection. I agree with others that you are a good looking bloke and your smile is nice too. I don't think you need to resort to MSE, etc. Mewing, of course, is something everyone should do with not much effort once you get used to it, and is free.
