How come your upper lip seems a lot less flat?

In which one? right/before or left/after

Fat or flat?

However, it’s since June that I am working on the lip seal

good progress

I think you need hard chewing to reduce that lower third.

did you properly chewed food during growing up?

Absolutely NOT

I used to eat very fast because i couldn’t breath properly through the nose while chewing.

@Kyte, can you say more about what these are the results of? What did you do for the past year?

can you measure the distance between nose and chin, and the distance between hairline and chin

15 and 16 here, I think 70 to 80% of your long face is caused by the lower third. with an average lower third you would have shorter face than average.

@Kyte just to ask this again — did you apply any kind of pressure with your tongue or do any postural work? Did you perceive any changes to your palate? I’m not sure what I’m looking at in this post.

@thebeetle

Yes,

Teeth gently together

a lot of push swallow

Tongue flattened on the palate slightly applying pressure sideways TO THE ALVEOLAR BONE, NOT TO THE TEETH

Chewing food better on both sides and more

Chin tuck excercises and for neck lordosis (straighter neck as you can see)

lip seal correction (in my case more upper lip usage  and disengaging the mentalis muscle)

Anterior pelvic tilt correction (chronic lower back pain solved)

Shoulders slightly up and back (this gave me some trouble to the back muscles, solved thank to massages with arnica oil)

Weight evenly distribuited and slightly on the ball and outer side of the feet (minimalist shoes) (left knee pain solved)

I breath better and palate feels wider at the back

I see a small improvement, left is after, but I think he would benefit from chewing mastic.

probably start with falim though

start with only 30 minutes a day falim for a few months, and then progressibly increase time and hardness.

I think you definitely got some progress. When I first look at the photo, I thought why your face seem to get worse on the right photo, then I found out left is after and right is before instead. Good for you man. Keep it up!

Most progress is visible in the skull

Very good progress actually. Sure it’s not like plastic surgery.
But the softness under his chin disappeared, his neck looks a lot stronger and his face got somewhat shorter (at least visually)
Cheekbones not so much yet, but this will probably come in the future.
Good stuff!
